Bengroundwater.com is a subscription service that provides access to newsletter content to subscribing members via the internet through apps or software that can be accessed by computers and mobile devices (the “Service”). It is Ben Groundwater’s policy to protect your privacy with respect to any personally identifiable information we collect while operating the Service. This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) will explain what kind of information may be collected, how it is used, and why (and to whom) it may be disclosed.  For clarity, the Privacy Policy only applies with respect to information we collect through the Service and not from other services.  In connection therewith, the Service utilises Ghost for all data processing, whose privacy policy can be found here and data processing policy can be found here. Though the security of your personal information is important to us, we are not able to guarantee the absolute security of your personal information.

Like most website operators, bengroundwater.com may collect non-personally-identifying information (for example: browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date/time of each visitor request). The purpose of such collection is to gain insight into how bengroundwater.com members use the Service. We may occasionally release such non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, for example, by publishing a report on trends.

We may also collect potentially personally-identifying information, such as IP (Internet Protocol) addresses for users logged in and/or leaving comments. In addition to information you choose to submit to us, we and our third-party service providers may use technologies that automatically store or collect certain information when you interact with the Service.
